We have partnered with Delhivery and Ekart Logistics to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders across India.
Both our courier partners provide doorstep delivery, real-time tracking, and SMS/email updates for your convenience.


2. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver Pan India — covering all major cities, towns, and pin codes serviceable by Delhivery and Ekart.
If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option or issue a full refund.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your shipment’s status.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999 (or as per promotional offers).

  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹100 for orders below ₹999.
    Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via email/SMS.

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
