If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

1. Returns

  • All returns must be initiated within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • To start a return, please email us at co*******@*******************co.in and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • After receiving your RMA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and send it to the following address:

Note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return package.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund or exchange.

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method (Bank/Card/Wallet) within seven (7) business days.

  • Please note that refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please mention your exchange preference when requesting your RMA. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Products returned without original packaging or used items will not be accepted.

  • In case of a damaged or defective product, please share an unboxing video as proof so we can verify the issue. Without valid proof, we cannot accept return or refund claims.
